HR Business Partner

This HR Business Partner role in Lewes within the public sector will focus on supporting the People Services department with their people needs. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly and help the organisation achieve its goals. Client Details This role is within the public sector and is based in Lewes. Description Provide HR advice and guidance to managers. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist with employee relations matters, including case management and investigations. Work on recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent. Deliver HR-related training and development initiatives. Analyse HR data to support decision-making and improve processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies. Collaborate with various teams to support organisational objectives. Profile A successful HR Business Partner should have: A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Knowledge the Tupe process Experience in providing HR support within a professional environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Competence in analysing and interpreting HR data. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
