Structured Finance Analyst Annual Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Pro Rata Location: Central London (Hybrid) Job Type: 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract – high chance of extension Reed Finance are partnering exclusively with a leading infrastructure and transport organisation is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst to join their team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to engage in complex financing transactions, refinancing projects, and treasury activities within a large, dynamic organisation. Day-to-day of the role: Support the structuring and execution of financing arrangements for projects, acquisitions, and refinancing activities. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment and funding decisions. Assist with managing relationships with banks, lenders, financial institutions, and external advisors. Monitor debt facilities and financing agreements, ensuring compliance with key terms and covenants. Support treasury operations, including cash management and cash flow forecasting activities. Assist in the management of interest rate, foreign exchange, and commodity risk exposures. Support KYC processes and credit approval requirements with financial institutions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver financing and treasury projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) and CFA or ACT would be advantageous. Experience gained within structured finance, corporate finance, treasury, banking, infrastructure finance, or a related field. Exposure to debt financing, refinancing, project finance, or capital structure activities. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or Business-related degree. Benefits: Competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000 (pro rata).
