Retail Marketing Manager

Job Title: Retail & Brand Commercial Manager Location: London Employment Type: 12+ Months contract Work Mode: Onsite - 3 days || Remote - 2 Days Job Spec: We are looking for a Retail & Brand Commercial Manager with a strong mix of marketing knowledge and commercial experience to support the growth of brands licensed across major retail partners. The role sits within the UK & Ireland Commercial Team, working primarily on the client account bringing brands to life in-store and driving product performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage retail relationships with partners including Big fashion clients Analyse trading data, forecasts and product performance. Identify underperforming ranges and create plans to improve sales. Work with Marketing Teams on campaigns, social media, and in-store promotions. Support brand visibility and consumer engagement. Collaborate with licensing, franchise, marketing and retail teams. Present updates and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements 3-5 years' experience in retail, and fashion industries Strong commercial and trading understanding. Marketing campaign and brand activation experience. Experience working with retail stakeholders and buyers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Understanding of the fashion retail market.
