Events Producer - Global Tech Brand

A leading technology organisation is looking for a skilled Events Producer to deliver impactful global education events that engage and inspire diverse audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a world-class brand shaping the future through innovative initiatives! *12 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London with some international travel. Day rate equivalent of salary £55k* In this role you will: Assist in the planning and delivery of a wide range of education events, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats. Manage projects from initial brief through to post-event review, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, oversee registrations, and handle on-site delivery. Oversee multiple events across different time zones, prioritising tasks effectively. Analyse event data such as attendance, engagement, and ROI to identify improvements. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in event production, ideally in blue chip/matrix organisation in areas such as tech, media or education. Confidence managing several projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with event registration platforms, CRM systems, and vendor negotiations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and C-Level partners.
