HR Advisor (Employee Relations) Remote | 6-Month Contract | Competitive Day Rate We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with a strong Employee Relations background. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers, providing expert advice and taking ownership of a varied ER caseload. HR Advisor - The Role As part of a busy and supportive HR team, you'll provide expert guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters, ensuring managers are supported through formal processes while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a wide-ranging Employee Relations caseload from initial advice through to resolution. Advising on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance matters. Conducting workplace investigations and preparing clear, well-reasoned reports and outcome documentation. Coaching and supporting managers to confidently manage people issues. Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice that balances organisational objectives with employee wellbeing. Contributing to continuous improvement across HR processes and policies. HR Advisor - About You We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who can quickly establish credibility and work independently within a fast-paced environment. You'll bring: Demonstrable experience handling complex Employee Relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries. A sound understanding of UK employment law and ACAS guidance. Previous experience working within both public and private sector organisations. The ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, approachable style. An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting people and bringing teams together. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) is desirable.
