Description Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for various business units. Provide financial insights and reports to assist decision-making processes. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and liaise with auditors as required. Monitor and report on variances, offering recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Accounting & Finance department. Profile A successful Management Accountant should have: Professional accountancy qualifications or relevant studies in Accounting & Finance. Prior experience in management accounting or a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry. Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Proficiency in financial software and Excel for reporting and analysis. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
