Company A global organisation is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join its Group Finance team. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this is a highly visible role with regular exposure to executive leadership and responsibility for delivering key financial insights, reporting and planning activities across a complex international business Key Responsibilities Lead the consolidation and reporting of monthly financial performance. Own and deliver executive level reporting packs, ensuring clear insight into performance, trends and key business drivers. Provide robust financial analysis, challenging assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cycles across the organisation. Consolidate and analyse financial submissions from multiple stakeholders. Develop and enhance financial models to improve visibility of business performance. Produce scenario analysis, trend reporting and forecasting tools to support decision making. Prepare high quality materials for senior leadership discussions. Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and financial processes. Ensure strong governance, controls and accuracy across financial reporting activities Key Skills preferred Qualified finance professional with significant FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience. Strong financial planning, forecasting and reporting expertise. Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities. Experience working with enterprise finance and reporting systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership teams. Highly organised, accountable and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
