Learning & Development Specialist

4-6 Month Contract | Hybrid | 4 Days per Week in Office Seeking an experienced Interim Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery of learning, capability and development initiatives during a period of business change and growth. Key responsibilities: Deliver and coordinate learning and development programmes across the organisation. Facilitate workshops and development interventions. Manage professional qualifications and accredited learning programmes. Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and support organisational change. Manage external learning providers, coaching programmes and learning budgets. Provide insight and reporting on learning effectiveness and engagement. Requirements: Proven Learning & Development experience within fina ncial services. Experience working in a regulated environment is essential. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and programme delivery skills. Experience managing professional qualifications and development programmes. Ability to work autonomously and make an immediate impact. Contract: 4-6 months Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Start: Immediate or short notice preferred.
