Senior BD Manager (12 month FTC) - Global Law Firm

We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and execute business development strategy, driving sustained revenue growth and strengthening market position for the Commercial division of a global law firm. This is a senior, strategic role offered on a 12 month basis (maternity cover). Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the end-to-end business development strategy. Advise partners on growth priorities, client development, and go-to-market initiatives. Lead high-value pitches and proposals, shaping compelling client-focused value propositions. Identify cross-selling and cross-border opportunities to expand revenue. Translate market and competitor intelligence into actionable growth strategies. Provide strategic oversight of marketing activities Track KPIs and report on ROI and performance impact. Key Skills & Experience Significant business development experience within professional services. Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability. Confident advisor to senior stakeholders and partners. Commercially focused, analytical, and proactive.
