Credit Control Clerk

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Consultancy business in Central London to recruit an immediate, Interim Credit Control Clerk for 2/3 months. Role: Our client is looking for an immediate interim Credit Controller to assist them for 2-3 months. You will be responsible for following duties: Allocate incoming customer payments accurately and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts to ensure subscription payments are received on time. Chase outstanding payments from medium-sized enterprises and high street businesses via telephone and email. Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve payment queries promptly. Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients while supporting effective debt recovery. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies. Support the accounts receivable function by ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient account management and high levels of customer service. Profile: The successful interim Credit Controller will have 6 months+ experience You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
